Brandy decided to pursue a career in dog training in 2012 after adopting her dog Buckley. She received her title as a Certified Canine Trainer and Behavior Specialist from the Animal Behavior Institute in 2014. During and after that time she furthered her knowledge by apprenticing for a local trainer with over 30 years of experience in the field.
She has volunteered at Seattle Humane Society, attended John Rogersons 3 day workshop on aggression, Sue Sternbergs course work study on aggression vs. sociability and Michael Shikashios webinar workshop How to Work Aggression Cases A-Z. Brandy also provides daycare and boarding for many of her clients giving her daily hands-on experience with a variety of breeds and behaviors.
